Rules, Waivers & Participant Acknowledgements

By registering a team for The Foundry 3v3 Streetball Tournament, the Team Captain acknowledges the tournament rules and participation requirements below. The captain is responsible for providing accurate roster information and ensuring all registered players understand the tournament rules and complete any required participant waivers before competing.

Official Game Rules

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the Official Foundry 3v3 Streetball Tournament Rules. I understand that tournament play will follow the published rules, including 3v3 half-court play, 20-minute running-clock games, streetball scoring, team foul procedures, sportsmanship requirements, and decisions made by tournament officials. I agree to communicate these rules to my teammates and understand that the Tournament Director has final authority regarding tournament administration, scheduling, safety, eligibility, and circumstances not specifically covered by the published rules.

Captain acknowledgment:

I have read and agree to the Official Tournament Rules and will ensure my team is familiar with them before participating.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Release — Team Captain

I understand that participation in basketball and athletic competition involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, physical contact, equipment-related injuries, weather and environmental conditions, serious bodily injury, disability, and, in rare circumstances, death. I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Events Mastered LLC, The Foundry Sports Tournament Series, the event venue and property owner, sponsors, event staff, officials, volunteers, contractors, and their respective owners, employees and representatives from claims arising from my participation in the event, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, am physically capable of participating, and am responsible for determining whether I am medically fit to compete. I understand that event personnel may request emergency medical assistance when reasonably necessary and that I remain responsible for my own medical expenses.

Captain acknowledgment:

I am 18 years of age or older, understand the inherent risks of participating, and voluntarily accept the Assumption of Risk & Liability Release above.

Photo, Video & Media Release — Team Captain

I understand that The Foundry events are professionally photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed and otherwise documented as part of the tournament experience.

I grant Events Mastered LLC and The Foundry Sports Tournament Series permission to photograph, record and capture my name, image, likeness, voice and athletic performance during the event. I authorize the use, reproduction, editing, publication and distribution of this content for event coverage, livestreams, social media, websites, promotional materials, advertising, highlight videos, photography galleries and other legitimate promotional or commercial purposes associated with Events Mastered and The Foundry, without additional compensation to me.

I understand that spectators, media personnel and other participants may also capture photographs or recordings during a public sporting event and that The Foundry cannot control independent third-party media.

I consent to the Photo, Video & Media Release above and understand that this tournament includes professional media coverage.

Team Captain Certification

By submitting this registration, I certify that the information provided is accurate, that all listed players are 18 years of age or older, and that I will ensure each player completes any required individual participant waiver before taking the court. I understand that a player who has not completed the required waiver may not participate.
